Oklahoma Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Benefits
Program DescriptionThe Oklahoma Department of Human Services, in cooperation with the Federal government, provides seasonal assistance to low-income households to assist with winter heating bills, and to provide help for some families who have received utility cut-off notices.
General Program RequirementsIn order to qualify for this benefit program, you must be a resident of the state of Oklahoma and you must need financial assistance for home energy costs.
In order to qualify, you must have an annual household income (before taxes) that is below the following amounts:
